javascript - Is there a way to save a webpage once i've edited out the elements only using FireFox -


i've been toying inspect element in firefox , i'm getting decent @ using it's tools find advertisements , delete there nodes script. i'm wondering if there way me save page out nodes deleted may load page every time without specific nodes being loaded again?

i understand there add block tools designed to curious.
