amazon ec2 - How to connect to AWS EC2 instance using filezillla? -


i have aws ec2 instance. using filezilla 3.8.0 cannot connect instance, filezilla doesnt accept account type normal , asking password. when type user name ubunbu , password blank received following message:

disconnected: no supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey)

i inserted pem key , converted ppk key also. staff can connect cant. wrong?
