i'm trying build system has tool upload profile picture other networks. twitter have api point it, facebook have "tricks", question is: there way make on google +?

i checked api (https://developers.google.com/+/api/latest/) , didn't found anything, @ facebook, example, can post picture specific album , send user window redefine profile pic. in google+ i've option too? else can in case?

i found older permits upload of new pictures @ google apps profile (https://developers.google.com/google-apps/profiles/#updating). maybe path but, far know, google+ new google profile =\
