i doing project in allow users upload pictures. , allow other users view them.. how can so,?? doing project in javascript,hibernate

the free 1 don't think allows file upload, pay version does. use them on 10 website projects. stores data in flatfile , puts files anywhere want on server. runs on perl, super simple use.
