How to troubleshoot CRM 2011 required field issues. -


i have been setting fields in standard forms required, simple stuff, point , click. part work fine. every once , while allow user fill in form (say case) , not fill in 1 or of required fields. happening same users know not rights issue. have nothing setup programmably.

i thinking has them working crm 2011 (its on-prem version , have ie 11 , servers running rollup 15)

because seem have restart ie 11 every once , while throughout day well. else getting or has come across issue?

as know, ie11 isn't supported in crm 2011. use ie9 rollup 15 , ie10 in compatibility mode issues.
