azure - Error Importing from Visual Studio Online -


when try import tfs on-premises tfs, getting error after running below cmd.

tfsconfig cloudimport /sqlinstance:sqlserverinstancename /settingsfile:settingsfilename.ini

error: "tf400711: error occurred while executing servicing step download bacpac azure storage component cloudimport during cloudimport: exception has been thrown target of invocation."

below instructions followed import tfs.

it looks visual studio online export has expired. try requesting fresh one.
