axapta - Why are the textbox not editable and shows the lock icon in packing slip journal of dynamics ax 2012? -


the issue i've been trying solve text boxes grayed out , shows lock icon, when supposedly these text boxes not grayed out , shows information shipment tracking.

this issue intermittent.

what cause of issue , how solve it?

this happens after modification of objects, when x++ code of form , equivalent cil code doesn't match, or when database not synchronized underlaying cil code.

try runing sync of database , incremental cil generation , checkbox run properly.
